Section titled “Rotating equipment”Year 1 Flowserve Pump and Seal training in Irving, TX (available April, May or July) If possible attend pump class at Turbo show by Mike Volk Work on pump packages as RE Visit plant sites for either site walk or possibly equipment installation (Maybe MB4) Internal discussions on SME test results (these will include James, Katherine and Jeremiah) Brown Bag sessions with the rotating group In depth discussion of rotating equipment test results. Attend Rotating equipment Summit Attend the Turbo Show (GRB September)
Year 2 Centrifugal Compressor training either Dresser-Rand or Elliott (Elliott offers in April, July or October in Jeannette PA) Continue working pump packages as RE Start working compressor packages as RE Shop as well as site visits. Present at Rotating Equipment Summit Attend Turbo Show
Year 3 Attend the Gas Compressor Conference (Norman, OK Sept) Work larger rotating equipment packages We can review strength and weakness and decide on other training needed. Possibly a field assignment
